Manny is amazing and came through when other agents ignored my daughter. My daughter, who was pregnant at the time, needed a home, I was helping her financially but our budget was not very much. After meeting with a few realtors and feeling like they really didn't have the time of day for her, my daughter was upset. Then she met Manny, immediately it was different, he met her at his office and covered what he would do for her. He laid out his action plan and how he would research the property before showing it to my daughter. He helped her buy her first home and before the birth of my grandchild. One year later, we called Manny to help sell it and in one year we sold the townhouse for much more than we bought it a year earlier.
